IoT Product Development
We don’t just advise on IoT product development — we live it. Our own smart-agriculture sensor node, AgroNode, is designed and built in-house, end to end: electronics, firmware, cloud and field operations. It is now running in pilot in greenhouses and open fields. We apply the same process to our clients’ products.
What we do
- Concept and feasibility assessment — we start at Stage 0
- Electronics design, firmware (Zephyr/FreeRTOS) and cloud architecture on AWS
- Low-power field devices: battery + solar power, Wi-Fi/GSM/LoRa connectivity
- Compliance preparation, certification support and manufacturing transfer
A living reference: AgroNode
AgroNode is our proof, not a slide deck: a modular sensor node that measures soil and climate, IP68-rated, powered by battery and solar, reporting live to our panel over Wi-Fi, GSM or LoRa. Every stage of our process — from the first feasibility question to field installation — was carried out on AgroNode first. See what a field installation looks like in our olive-grove installation story.
How we work
Our end-to-end playbook, from idea to launch and beyond:
- Define — concept, feasibility, stakeholder and system requirements
- Design — system architecture, electronics and mechanical design
- Build and verify — firmware and cloud development, integration gates, verification and validation
- Release — compliance and certification preparation, manufacturing transfer, launch and field operations
We run this playbook AI-assisted: compared to two years ago, we have reached 100× the working speed at 10% of the operational cost.
We documented the whole process stage by stage — starting at Stage 0 — in the IoT Product Development Playbook series.
Tell us about your product idea — we start with a feasibility conversation, not a quotation.
